With over 25 years of experience as an HR and Organisational Development professional working in the UK, New Zealand, and Australia, I've partnered with organisations of every size and sector, from Volkswagen UK and Barclaycard to Griffith University and the Bunya Peoples Aboriginal Corporation. I've led large-scale change projects, designed capability frameworks, developed hundreds of leaders, and helped businesses navigate the messy, challenging work of organisational transformation.

As a Chartered HR Professional (CIPD), Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), NLP Practitioner, Leadership Coach, and Instructional Designer, I bring both the strategic expertise and the hands-on experience to help you build something sustainable.
